The controller of your personal data is Iedvesmo SIA, a company registered in Latvia.
What we collect
- E-mail address, username and password (stored only as a hash) — if you create an account
- Selected names, notes, lists and votes — to save your choices and share them with your family
- Names and IP addresses of people who vote via a shared link — to show the results and limit abuse
- IP address, browser and time of logins — to protect accounts
- Due date — only in your own browser, if you choose "Remember due date"; it is not sent to our servers
- Usage statistics (Google Analytics) and advertising data (Google AdSense) — only if you accept cookies
How we use it
- Provide the site's features: favourites, lists, voting and your account
- Protect the site and accounts against abuse
- Understand which pages are useful and improve the site — only with your consent
- Show ads that keep the site free — personalised only with your consent
Legal basis: providing the service you asked for (account, lists, voting), our legitimate interest in security, and your consent for analytics and advertising.

Data retention
Account data is kept as long as your account exists. On the account page you can download your data or delete the account with all its data at any time; deletion is permanent. Votes you cast in other people's lists stay, but without your name.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to receive it in a portable format, to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in Latvia — the Data State Inspectorate). You can download or delete your data directly on your account page.
